Museums and the Arts Council
This time last year museum responsibilities were being handed over from the MLA to the Arts Council. One year on Hedley Swain will talk about the integration process, the development of an array of Renaissance initiatives and what it all means for the sector.

First look - directions for the next five years of the Heritage Lottery Fund.
This session looks at areas of funding for museums in the Heritage Lottery Fund’s fourth strategic plan including potential new programmes and new approaches for the current programmes. The plan commences in 2013 so anyone planning projects to HLF in the coming year will benefit from this session.
